FREE TECHNICAL SERVICE TRAINING

“KNOWLEDGE IS POWER”

There’s an old saying, “Knowledge is Power.” At Genesis, we couldn’t agree more. That’s why we offer our customers and dealers free technical service training at our manufacturing plant in Superior, Wisconsin. 

The intent of our training is to familiarize our dealers and customers with the maintenance, repair and trouble-shooting procedures recommended for their Genesis attachments. Along with classroom instruction, you’ll tour our factory and watch on-site demonstrations of proper maintenance procedures – all led by the people who build Genesis products every day. You’ll even get the opportunity to meet and ask questions of various Genesis staff throughout your visit, so we encourage you to bring photographs of your existing attachments for a review and appraisal of your current maintenance procedures.  

Operators love the training, because they learn every aspect of the equipment from the ground up, including how it’s engineered, how it’s built, how best to use it and how to keep it in service. Owners love it, because they learn how to squeeze every dime from their Genesis product – how to work it most productively and how to keep it working. Providing these skills and training is all about giving our customers exactly what they need. You’ve purchased the best product on the market. We want you to use it to its fullest potential.


Format and Schedule
All classes are held on Thursday (8:30am – 4pm) and Friday (8:30am – 2pm).
Class size is limited to 12 participants, so please register early. Dates are subject to change.

Fee Information

The two-day service training is free, and Genesis pays hotel and meal expenses per the training agenda. Genesis will make all hotel reservations but will not be responsible for any expenses beyond the Friday training period. Genesis is not responsible for any expenses incurred by additional guests traveling with attendee. Notification of additional guests traveling with attendee is required. Rental cars are not necessary as Genesis will provide transportation between the airport, hotel and Genesis.

Class participants are responsible for their airfare to the Duluth International Airport, which is serviced by Delta, United and Allegiant, or other transportation costs. Attendees should plan to arrive Wednesday, the day prior to training.
